*SHIPPING*
Once an order is created and payment has been completed, the product(s) will be shipped same day if in stock (created prior) and received before 4pm Eastern Standard Time.
If the order is received and is NOT in stock (created prior), it is considered made-to-order and will require 1-3 days for order handling.
Jewelry Mob ships via United States Postal Service with Padded Flat Rate Priority Mail envelopes.
If your order exceeds 5 items it is shipped with a Medium Flat Rate Box an additional cost to be determined at checkout.
*POLICIES*
MOST items are created "made-to-order". While there are items readily available for shipping (created prior), most custom designs and colors may not be.
Please allow 1-3 day for order handling and 3-5 for shipping.
Refunds for your purchase price are NOT available due to them being handmade custom items. If however your are not pleased with the item or there was a mistake, you can return them within 1 week in exchange for another product along with an email explaining why they are being returned. You must provide you own return shipping postage.
